Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Tracker ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tracker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Tracker is a ski and snowboard tracking application that allows you to:

• Record ski/snowboard sessions using GPS location data
• View session statistics (speed, distance, elevation, activity segments)
• View your position on 3D resort maps
• Share real-time location with friends during sessions
• Access session history and detailed metrics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using Tracker, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account using Firebase Authentication to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
